Gwen Stefani has her own way of getting everybody fired up for the Christmas season. Earlier in November 2025, Stefani released Hot Cocoa, with the expectation that you’ll go bananas over this upbeat song and keep yourself warm by sipping a cuppa of hot cocoa. The song will also feature as part of the original soundtrack (OST) to the Christmas comedy Oh. What. Fun. The Amazon MGM audio-visual onscreen treat will also have another of Stefani’s song: Shake the Snow Globe, your equally cosy companion – an Amazon Music exclusive. The swing/jazz element is what gives the song its unique beat and sound, you’ll want to listen to it over and over for its comical and fun dance-like bits. The No Doubt frontwoman has in the past released several albums that help set you in the mood for the festive, holiday season. In 2017, the Italian-American rock band vocalist put out You Make it Feel Like Christmas that featured her own take on Last Christmas by WHAM! and tunes like Santa Baby. It was later re-released as a Deluxe Edition, in which five new tracks were added. This time, in 2025, she has published a You Make it Feel Like Christmas (Deluxe Edition), to align with both seasonal and current tastes.
Avid fans will be excited that Gwen Stefani didn’t stray too far from her previous anthems including Hollaback Girl and even The Sweet Escape, which is a collaboration with Akon.
The film containing the song will be available to Amazon Prime subscribers from 3 December 2025. The lighthearted song has been made available on Amazon Music as well as YouTube. The 3:38 song (in duration) is also on other platforms like TIDAL and Spotify.
Happy Christmas! May you be enveloped in the warmth of Hot Cocoa.
