For your viewing on YouTube: West End unplugged Volume 1

image

Wow! Who thought of West End unplugged? Thank you. It’s the closest thing to watching it live with a physical audience. I’m going to tune in 14th November 2020, just to catch some of my favourite songs from musicals performed at London’s West End. *Tunes from Wicked, Jesus Christ Superstar, Mamma Mia are among those that will be featured and performed by some of the well-known musicians.

The concert-type show will be shown on YouTube for 48 hours, so be sure to watch it if you can.

Given the current situation, many are still encouraged to stay home and stay put. So in view of this, you can still enjoy and be entertained with different shows online – provided you have Internet access.

You’ll want to direct yourself to the correct channel – The Shows Must Go On.

Originally, the channel was meant for some of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s masterpieces. Later on, it lit up with other shows, including those shown to audiences outside the region I’m in. Then, it went on a summer hiatus, before returning with mostly new, seasonal shows.

Which song/performance are you waiting for?

Who else is going to sing along and dance with me?
